Description
The Absence Management Associate is responsible for daily administration and processing of Phillips 66 disability benefits and time off policies.
Responsibilities May Include
Performing administrative procedures for assigned processes (Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Family and Medical Leave, Leave Management, etc.)
Providing customer support to internal and external customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or issues
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of required administrative tasks, filings, and reporting.
Processing related reports (disability reports, managed absence data reports)
Ensuring accuracy of payroll, timekeeping and other related information for accuracy
Establishing and maintaining a variety of files and records pertaining to leave administration.
Reviewing communication materials for accuracy
Providing feedback and suggestions for improvements for leave management and disability processes and procedures
Recognized as a resource within function for problem solving capabilities
Required Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
High school diploma or GED
Intermediate level of proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of leave administration or benefits experience preferred
Experience using Absence Compliance Tracker in Workforce Software
Experience using Power Bi, Tableau, or Alteryx
Provide analytical support with a focus on process efficiencies
Comfortable with managing confidential and sensitive issues
Displays a commitment to excellence in customer service
Process oriented and able to multi-task
Communicates effectively at all levels – including written and oral
Identifies, promotes and implements best practices in area of responsibility
Ability to manage detailed work within constant deadlines and time constraints
Maintains the highest levels of confidentiality
Ability to work well independently and be part of a team environment
