The Senior Voice Engineer provides expert level voice and collaboration support, ensures operational reliability and delivery of Unified Communications services for Phillips 66. The Senior Voice Engineer is responsible for design, implementation and the day-to-day support of end-user voice and video needs to sustain digital enablement of the work force. These aspects include network voice administration, network communications (LAN/WAN), voice and video tools support, and associated applications.
Responsibilities May Include
Understands, designs, deploys, and troubleshoots Cisco Unified Communications Manager dial plans and end points.
Provide Tier 4 troubleshooting and escalation support for unified communications issues.
Assess network requirements for large and small capital IT projects, designs network voice and video infrastructure and oversees implementation.
Help to set and maintain standards for voice networking equipment, software versions and hardware models.
Maintain the end-to-end availability and performance of mission critical services.
Configuration, installation, and administration of Cisco voice routers and Webex mesh servers.
Mentor Unified Communication team members to improve service support for customers.
Interact with and manage outside vendors, outsourcers, and service providers to procure and deliver technology products, services, and contracts.
Supports and administers Webex Video Conferencing Platform.
Deliver high quality customer support and maintenance for existing and future technology.
Drive operational excellence for daily operations by successfully managing changes and successfully completing system upgrades.

High School diploma or higher
5 or more years of experience with migrating and troubleshooting SIP Trunks on a Cisco CUBE platform
5 or more years of experience administrating Cisco Unified Communications Manager
5 or more years of experience managing a Cisco Webex Communications platform
5 or more years of experience working in a large, global IT organization
5 or more years of experience supporting large, complex, business critical enterprise services
5 or more years of experience implementing new technologies for innovation, agility, and stability initiatives
5 or more years of experience working with enterprise IT vendors
5 or more years working on large capital Network projects
Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional Colab (CCNA/CCNP) certification
Understanding or ability to learn the cultural and business differences between business units so that solutions and/or delivery approaches are tailored to meet the needs of each BU
Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Ability to deliver results across a diverse set of competing priorities
7 or more years of experience delivering as part of a team the following service areas: routing and switching, LAN/WAN technologies, and voice technologies
Proven experience building trust within the team, seeking others’ perspectives, and working for the greater good, all with a focus towards driving positive business results
