The Phillips 66 Hartford Lubricants Plant is in Hartford, IL. The Hartford Lubricants plant produces a wide range of motor oils, transmission fluids, turbine oils, hydraulic fluids, and other lubricants. The Plant receives base oil feed stock and additives via barge, railcars, and trucks. These feedstocks are offloaded into storage tanks. From the storage tanks, the base oil and additives are sent through computerized batch blenders and inline blenders to produce a finished product. The finished product is then sent to our package lines where automatic filling systems and conveyors place it into bottles, drums, and other containers. The finished product is then shipped out via trucks and rail to customers. We provide a safe and environmentally responsible workplace and have a positive impact on the local community. Operations are run 24 hours per day, with Terminal Operators assigned to the day, evening, or night shift Monday through Friday with occasional work on weekends.
