The Information Analyst is responsible for supporting Midstream’s information and records systems. The Information Analyst assists the Information Specialist with management of Midstream’s instance of LiveLink, Records Management Program, and SharePoint intranet sites. This role requires strong communication skills as well as a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities May Include

  • Maintaining LiveLink access and security at the direction of the Information Specialist.

  • Serving as a LiveLink Business System Coordinator (BSC) for Midstream.

  • Maintaining governance documents, including records management assignments, within LiveLink at the direction of the Information Specialist.

  • Assisting Midstream work groups to maintain their LiveLink Workspaces and Projects.

  • Assisting Project Teams to transition project documents to Operations.

  • Assisting SharePoint intranet site owners with updates to their sites.

  • Assisting the Information Specialist and Midstream employees with records management activities.

  • Assisting the Information Specialist to deliver LiveLink and Records Management orientation training to new employees and as requested.

  • Maintaining and communicating metrics associated with information systems.

  • Staying current with available document management systems.

  • Networking with information management personnel and organizations throughout P66 to leverage learnings from other organizations.

Position Requirements


  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

  • High School diploma/GED

  • 2 or more years of experience with LiveLink administration and/or other Document Management Systems

  • 2 or more years of experience with Records Management Programs

  • Intermediate proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software

  • Willingness and ability to perform and comply with the following, with or without reasonable accommodations: To travel up to 10% of the time to field locations


  • Associate’s Degree

  • Certified Records Analyst (CRA) or Manager (CRM) certification

  • 2 or more years of experience with SharePoint website applications

  • 2 or more years of experience in Midstream operations or related industry

  • Experience working with multi-discipline teams in both office and field environments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization


Our Midstream segment provides crude oil and refined product transportation, terminaling and processing services, as well as natural gas liquids (NGL) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) transportation, storage, processing and marketing services, mainly in the United States. This segment includes our master limited partnership, Phillips 66 Partners LP, as well as our 50 percent equity investment in DCP Midstream, LLC. As of December 31, 2017 our transportation business managed over 21,000 miles of pipeline systems, 40 finished product terminals, 38 storage locations, 19 crude oil terminals, 5 LPG terminals and 1 petroleum coke exporting facility.
