The Learning & Development Specialist will collaborate with our leadership team as well as business and HR partners to ensure we deliver effective learning solutions that directly impact our learner experience, talent management objectives, and business priorities. They will ultimately ensure content is delivered in a variety of modalities, access points, and immersive options for our learners to find the right content at the right time in the moments that matter.
Responsibilities May Include
Collaborate with program managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify learning goals and outcomes for learning experiences
Research, design, develop, and/or procure learning content to ensure an optimum experience for learners in a variety of roles and a variety of levels
Develop learning paths to address skill development needs of job roles
Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to learning and development
Partner with external training vendors to leverage best practices and resources
Evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and administer training programs
Assess effectiveness of learning experiences and recommend adjustments or improvements to program managers
Participate in HR and talent management projects and initiatives as required
Participate in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the posting country
Bachelor’s degree
5 or more years of learning and development experience including developing, implementing, and delivering training
Experience developing robust curriculums and programs across multiple job roles / job families throughout an organization
Strong consultative approach with effective and personable communication skills
Experience with measuring and evaluating impact
Excellent presentation skills
Experience managing learning and development projects
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Learning Management, Instructional Design, Human Resource Development, or a related field
Experience creating and/or designing course content
Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills; self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding time frames
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment
