Description

Member of a dynamic, creative and collaborative brand and communications team responsible for developing, implementing and managing a wide range of B2C and B2B marketing activities for the JET and Phillips 66 brand. Effectively connecting JET and Phillips 66 with their audience and harnessing the creative and digital landscape to set us apart in the marketplace and ensure business expectations are met.

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Contribute to fuel sales targets through supporting the delivery of a suite of measurable customer and consumer promotional activity across the JET network
  • With direction from the Brand & Communicatons Co-ordinator, organisation of large-scale consumer events, industry exhibitions and corporate hospitality, working with external agencies and venues to safely deliver high profile and memorable activities
  • Contribute to the development of a rolling external and internal communications plan, aligned to business objectives, targeting a clearly defined audience and driving engagement.
  • Providing support for external communications including newsletters, periodicals and advertising and liaising externally with copy writers and printers when required
  • Assiting with internal communications including meetings, events and initiatives within the organisation
  • Responsible for the cataloguing and archiving of press releases and other media (eg. photographs) and other internal resources
  • Procuring branded merchandise
  • Co-ordination of philanthropic activities
  • Administrational support for sponsorship activities
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices in SAP
  • Ad-hoc administration to support the Brand team’s activities
  • Keeping up to date with and enabling GDPR compliance
